a. Project Inquiries: Name, phone, email, property address in Wayne County/surrounding areas, project scope, photos, budget range, architectural plans.

b. Site Analytics: IP address, browser, device ID, pages viewed, time on site via cookies and Google Analytics.

c. Job Site Data: Photos, video, permits with City of Richmond, lien notices, subcontractor details as required by Indiana law.

Data is used solely for: providing estimates, executing written construction contracts, warranty administration, lien rights perfection under IC 32-28-3, legal compliance, and internal analytics. We do NOT sell personal data.

We disclose information only to:

• Subcontractors/suppliers on need-to-know basis for your project
• Insurers, sureties, banks for bonding/payment
• City of Richmond Building Dept, Wayne County officials for permits/inspections
• Legal counsel/accountants for dispute resolution
• As compelled by subpoena or court order

Per Indiana statute of repose and industry standard:

• Executed contracts + change orders: 10 years minimum
• Project photos + correspondence: 7 years
• Web inquiries not resulting in contract: 2 years
• Financial/tax records: 7 years per IRS rules

After retention periods, data is securely destroyed.

We use commercial-grade SSL, firewalls, and access controls. However, you acknowledge no system is impenetrable. We disclaim liability for data breaches resulting from cyberattack, force majeure, or third-party vendor failure, to the fullest extent permitted by Indiana law.

Industry best practice and Indiana law requires you to:

2. Verify BBB Accreditation: BBB Serving Central Indiana
3. Request certificate of insurance naming you additional insured
4. Never pay >33% upfront per Indiana Home Improvement Contracts Act, IC 24-5-11
5. Obtain and compare at least 3 written bids
6. Understand mechanic's lien law, IC 32-28-3
