About
Tony Rodriquez
Tony Rodriguez leads all technology initiatives at Simple Life Construction, ensuring the company's digital infrastructure, systems, and communications are secure, efficient, and built to scale. As IT Director, Tony oversees everything from internal software and project management platforms to client-facing digital tools and cybersecurity protocols. His work behind the scenes keeps the entire operation running smoothly — connecting the field to the office and making sure the right information reaches the right people at the right time. Tony brings a methodical, solutions-first approach to every challenge. Whether he's streamlining a workflow, troubleshooting a critical system, or implementing new technology to improve team efficiency, he approaches every task with precision and a commitment to getting it right. His ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, actionable solutions has made him an essential part of the Simple Life Construction leadership team. Tony believes that great technology should be invisible — it should simply work, so the crew can focus on building and the clients can focus on their vision. That philosophy drives every decision he makes, from the tools the team uses daily to the long-term systems that will support the company's continued growth.
